• Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. - Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be credited within 8-10 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable. - Damaged or Defective Items
• If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. - Late or Missing Refunds
• If you haven’t received a refund within the stated timeline, first check your bank account.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
